Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Once a tour has been booked and confirmed, it is generally non-refundable. However, at our sole discretion, we may allow refunds, cancellations, or modifications in exceptional cases.
• Where approved, charges will apply for cancellation, modification, or refund fees.
• Refunds, where approved, follow the 4–8-week processing period as stated above.
No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
• A “No-Show” (failure to arrive at the scheduled tour time and location) will result in being treated as void.
